Ecuador Investment Property

Ecuadoe Investment property

Vacation Cabin or Permanent Home

Ecuador and especially Ecuador investment property, seems to be on everyone’s radar these days as more and more North Americans are looking for an economical place to vacation or retire.  The buzz is similar to what happened in Costa Rica in the 70’s and 80’s. The early adopters made out like bandits and now Costa Rican prices are similar to the US. As a matter of fact, we get inquiries from expats in Costa Rica looking to move to Ecuador. There is a reason Ecuador shows up on all of “The Best Places to Retire Overseas” lists. It’s because it’s true!

Ecuador Real Estate

Offered at $34,900, this brand new ocean view vacation cabin is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story, 900 square foot cabin situated on a 588 square meter lot, where there is ample room to park your vehicle off road. Situated on a plateau at the top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean on the North Coast, it offers the panoramic view  we all dream about! If you are looking for a place to chill out and forget all of your worries, this Ecuador investment property could be right for you. It is secluded, quiet and peaceful. Sloping down from the cabin is land with potential for vegetable gardening or growing trees.  This sweet cabin can be used as a vacation spot or a full time retirement haven.

Ecuador Beaches

This cabin is located near the town of Jama one minute off the main Ruta del Sole Highway that runs along  the Ecuadorian Coast. It  is only a quarter mile from a well known resort and a golf course is coming soon just a few miles to the North!  Situated in a private and secure enclave where only owners have keys to the locked gate, there are a few other cabins and homes located here. The beach that is shared by you and your neighbors is about a five minute walk down a gently sloped road where you can also drive your vehicle instead of walking. Here you can come for a quick swim, or set up camp for the day with an umbrella….walk on the sandy beach, relax and explore your own little slice of paradise!

Real Estate in Ecuador

This Ecuador investment property has all kinds of possibilities! You could live here full time or vacation here several months out of the year. Rent it out to vacationers while you are away and you’ll soon recoup your investment. The views are spectacular.  It’s in an area that is secluded and private yet there are several large developments being built only a few kilometers away.   Buy it, hold it a year or two and flip it if you’re looking to cash in on the growing Ecuador Real Estate market. This one is a no brainer and right on trend for what is happening here in the Real Estate market.

    Hi Dave and Miriam,

The brick cabin looks interesting to Jeff and I. Can you give us more details? Were is Jama located in relation to Bahia? How far away from a market and town is it? What is included in the cabin? It looks pretty sparse. Are there utilities – electricity, water, cable?

Thanks again, we are interested in Ecquador and now plan to visit in March or April. Thanks – Susan Artabasy

    Hi Dave & Miriam,
I am arriving in Quito from Los Angeles on 12/20/14 and I will be in Ecuador for 3 weeks. I would like to come also to Bahia, meet you, and see some condominiums. Would you be so kind to email me what is the best way to get to Bahia? When are you going to be available during Dec. 20 – Jan 9. I am coming alone and I would like to rent a room for 3-6 days to see some properties. Just a room with a shower. Nothing fancy.
    Thank you,
    Stefan

Brick cabin with views! Just what I am looking for. Coming down the 19th of April to look for homes to retire. I am a hang glider pilot and need to be near the flying. DO NOT want water front property but rather up in the hills, mountains near the ocean that we can walk to or a short drive to population. Please get back to me.
    Thank you
    Greg Black

Hello Dave, We will be in Ecuador on the 21st, still want Makers Mark? Where is the duty free shop? How much should I expect to pay for this? I will be reimbursed right? Leaving the US tomorrow afternoon so get back to me today. This cabin is looking more attractive to me now. Damn reality. LOL
    Thanks
    Greg
