Ecuador Real Estate Podcast

Right now from Dave you will learn:

  • Why he and his wife Miriam chose the beach side town of Bahia – over other expat friendly locations like Quito and Cotacachi.
  • Exposes the game changing event that just happened in Bahia – to cut drive time down by a full 3 hours from Quito.
  • Reveals one of the most honest answers I have ever heard yet about buying pre-construction – and reasons why he believes it might be a  bad idea.
  • Breaks down what he recommends his clients to buy – especially if they are looking for part time cash flow when not in use.
